Another Give Away
Boy, howdy! The folks at Carus Publishing are very generous! They have another give away for me to sponsor on my site.
This is a little different. The give away isn’t for a subscription. It’s to a gift pack (either a discovery package or a mini package) of some of their magazines. The discovery packs have five magazines in the pack and the mini pack has three magazines. Since Christmas is coming up, this would be a wonderful gift to give to a grandchild!
Here are the packages that are available. The link will take you to the page with a description of the pack.
All you have to do is leave a comment here on my site. What should I have you leave a comment about? Mmmmm . . . let’s see. I’m thinking, thinking, thinking. Maybe since Thanksgiving is just around the corner, post a comment about something that you are thankful for.
The give away contest will last until midnight Nov. 7. (I know that’s rather a long time. I’m going to be out of town for a while. In Florida. Where it’s warm. Where it doesn’t snow. Like it did yesterday at my house.)
So post a comment and good luck!

We have seen dozens of friends and extended family members lose their jobs and their homes in this crazy economy. I am very thankful that all of my adult children and my husband and I have been able to stay afloat.
I am also very thankful that my children and grandchildren are all healthy and happy.
This is a no-brainer! Grandchildren have to be on the top of the list of things that every grandparent is thankful for!
I’m also thankful for friends, libraries, and our national parks.
I am thankful for libraries and all the fantastic materials they offer the community.
