I don’t say that to be mean. Really and truly. I say it because if you’re still hanging in there strong and mighty with your goal of losing weight, you might need a whole passel of self discipline to stay away from this new recipe that I found.
This Monster Cookie Dough Dip is yummy. Nay, it is outta this world scrump-dil-e-ish-ious!
There’s peanut butter and cream cheese and rolled oats. They are healthy ingredients, aren’t they? So that makes this recipe healthy, right? Right! (As long as you don’t take the sugar, butter, M&M candies, and the chocolate chips into consideration . . . )
It’s really easy to make with grandchildren. And, making it will help them strengthen their culinary skills.
Simply mix all of the ingredients with a mixer. Then, serve it with graham crackers, apples, bananas, or pretzels. You could even put it on toast, bagels, and English muffins if you want.
And the nice thing is that there aren’t any eggs in it so you don’t have to worry about eating raw eggs. Wahoo!
So, gather your grandchildren around and have a cooking lesson. Make Monster Cookie Dough Dip and then sit back and eat . . . and eat . . . and eat . . !
