CoverMe Modest Giveaway

Does a blouse have a too low neckline? Want the layered look without the bulk? Try a CoverMeModest insert. It seems like I’m always a day late and a dollar short.

Sometimes when I purchase something, it goes on sale two weeks later. At a remarkably low price. Or, I find out about a good sale — and it ended the day before yesterday.

This is one of those times.

I recently ordered a blouse online. When I got the blouse, I really liked it. Lots. However, the neckline was too low.

Mmmm . . .” I thought to myself. “If I stand or sit just so, and don’t move my shoulders at all, it will be okay.” I would have looked as straight-backed as the Tin Man in the Wizard of Oz.

But then I thought of what it would be like wearing that blouse around grandchildren¬† — when they clambered onto my lap, or threw their arms around my neck to give me a hug, or when I was holding a squirming grandchild who wanted to get down. Wearing that blouse in those situations would not be good.

I sent the blouse back.

And then two weeks later, the Cover Me Modest company contacted me about their product called CoverMe. They sent me one to try out. How delightful it is! (Maybe I ought to order that blouse again . . . )

A CoverMe is an insert that you wear under your blouse, or top, or dress to make them more modest. It looks like you are wearing a t-shirt layered underneath. Like this.

The CoverMe easily attaches to your bra straps with Velcro. And the best part is that you don’t have the bulk (or the heat) from two layered tops.

They have straight neck, scoop neck, and a lace edge styles of CoverMe. They come in white, cream, black, brown, lime, coral, aqua, red, and navy. They even have a style that goes under swimsuits. Amazing!

They are remarkably inexpensive. They range in price from $4.50 to $8.50. That is a whole lot cheaper than buying a t-shirt to wear underneath something. What a bargain.

They graciously agreed to let me do a giveaway of their product. Huzzah! And what is so cool is that they gave me two CoverMes to give away.

So, here’s the deal: I will give away a white straight neck CoverMe and a white scoop neck CoverMe to two lucky readers.

All you have to do is leave a comment and tell me about one of your favorite things to wear.

The giveaway ends at midnight April 30. I will announce the winner on May 1.

I’m a jeans and Birkenstocks girl. This sounds like a great product. My granddaughters layer camisoles or those tanks with skinny straps under their tops, and they look great. On me, however, they ride up or get all tangled with my other shirt.

My Grandma always wore an apron, since we usually gathered as a family for a meal. I love to wear pretty aprons with the higher necklines that keep me modest, but also make it possible to hug the sticky, gooey and yummy faces, while protecting my clothes!

I love to be comfortable and dress modestly. I have an ugly mole about 2-3 inches below my neck and if I had one of the cute inserts, it would hide that ugly mole plus I feel like I could bend over and others could not see down my shirt or blouse.

Even though they are out of style, I love the long black skirt. I can wear any kind of style blouse, sweater, jacket, scarf, etc. and they fit any occasion I need. It’s comfortable to wear. I like your website.

My favorite shirt is a polo shirt that buttons up the front comes up hHigh On My Neckt and it’s getting pretty threadbare!

Scarves! They help me feel that I am covering flaws or a too deeply scooped neckline. I have inserts that I use but they don’t look like t-shirt, they go straight across from bra strap to strap. Sometimes a shirt is too wide further up as well

My favorite thing to wear is a shoe that is like a hiking boot but a shoe. Sturdy but very very comfortable. Great for wet, cold, snow, summer. I wear them everyday.

My favorite thing to wear is at the end of the work day when I can just get into some comfortable sweats and relax
