You know how it is. You’re on the Internet. Minding your own business.
Then, you’re click, click, clicking until you’ve lost your way. But you don’t care because you’ve found something absolutely fabulous.
That just happened to me. This very night. This very instant.
And, I knew that I had to share with you what I found.
I found an idea for making Witchy Finger Cookies.
These finger cookies look so realistic. Amazingly so.
And they are simple to make. Whip up your favorite recipe for sugar cookies. Roll out pencil shaped dough. Push an almond sliver on one end for the fingernail. Score lines for knuckles. Bake. After baking, use a clean little paint brush to dust cocoa powder at the knuckles and around the nail.
Megan at Domestic Sugar baked these creepy cookies. You’ve just got to make some with your grandchildren. Or bake them for a Halloween party with the grand kiddos. (I think that I’m going to make some to take to work on Halloween!)
What are you waiting for? Go on! Skedaddle. Get on over to her site and take a look — and then plan on baking up a bunch.

Yeah. They are rather creepy looking. I think that is what will appeal to teenaged grandchildren!
Well you are certainly right about these cookies! They are amazing! I’d almost be afraid to eat them. I’d feel like a cannibal!
