One day, when our youngest son was little, he asked to listen to the ‘Graham Cracker Suite.’ (He really meant the Nutcracker Suite.) Wasn’t that cute?
Well, do you who enjoy The Nutcracker?
Do you have a granddaughter between the ages of 3 to 6?
Does she like to dance?
Do you like getting free things?
Then, have I got a giveaway for you.
I will be giving away the DVD of Prima Princessa Presents The Nutcracker.
The cartoon fairy, Prima Princessa, takes you on a magical adventure to see a live performance of the Nutcracker, featuring England’s Birmingham Royal Ballet.
It’s a super easy way for small grandchildren to experience a real ballet without having to sit still through the whole performance (which could be a challenge for a young grandchild).
Prima Princessa does a fabulous job at narrating the story so kids can understand the plot.
Between acts, she gives viewers mini-ballet lessons from students at the School of American Ballet, the official academy of the New York City Ballet. She also encourages viewers to get up and try out the ballet steps. It almost had me up and doing the steps — and wouldn’t THAT be a sight to see!
I really enjoyed watching this DVD — and I’m sure that little girls would love it, too. Especially if they had their own tutu and possibly even some ballet slippers.
This would make a wonderful Christmas present for a granddaughter. It could also be a wonderful birthday present.
Or, you could keep it at your house and watch it when your granddaughters come over — and even have a little ballet party. That would be an activity that they would remember with fondness!
To enter the giveaway, simply post a comment and share the name of your favorite Christmas song.
