Before I get to today’s Party in Your PJs, I want to share some more fun things from the folks at Icon Learning.
In these free printables, kids write the beginning sound of pictures to spell out the mystery word. Space is also provided where kids can draw a picture of the word.
Thanks Icon Learning! Once again, you have created delightful things for kids and you are so wonderful to share them with me and my readers.
Today is my ‘official’ start here on my site with the Party in Your PJs link party which runs from Tuesday night 7:00 p.m. Mountain Daylight time (soon to be Mountain Standard time!) through Sunday at midnight. I am so excited!
First, let me start with my features. I have two from last week’s link party. The first one is from a mother/daughter duo Jeanette and Leigh. They shared Easy Halloween Photo Booth Ideas.
My second feature is this fun Boo Halloween wall hanging by Trish. Your tween and teenage grandkids would really enjoy making this fun wall hanging!
Don’t forget to grab our “featured on Party in Your PJs Link Party” button and share on your site!
Thank you so much for everyone that participated in the link party!
Now, let me introduce the four other co-hosts for Party in Your PJs.
Bree, from Bumblebree Blog, explores the possibilities offered by new and recycled materials to create solutions for decorating, the holidays, and gift giving that combine thoughtful inspiration with myriad materials and careful planning to create excellent projects. In addition to crafting, BumbleBreeBlog includes craft and blog related lifestyle advice ranging from wedding vendors to blog tips, and every bit of inspiration along the way. Bree Inspired!
Kim, from The Cookie Puzzle, is a small town girl who love simple things. Simple cookies, simple crafts, and simple people. She is a wife, mother to one son and two adorable fur babies. Slightly addicted to reality TV and sitcoms, but she loves curling up with a good book or a good walk while listening to podcasts. You can find her at The Cookie Puzzle, where she shares her love for cookies and crafting.
Heather, from Woods of Bell Trees, is a wife of a peanut butter fanatic and mom of one silly human and one furry canine, wrangling life on 2nd shift and glitterizing everything as she goes!
Lynda, from Reviews Chews and How-Tos, lives outside DC with her husband Michael and an elderly beagle, Sadie. She and her daughter Jackie started RCHReviews as a way to spend time together in spite of living across country, and along the way they’ve added several friends as regular contributors. Between them all, they bring together many different perspectives and lifestyles with one common philosophy – try new things, have fun, and remember you are awesome.
These are amazing and talented women! Each of us will feature different projects so head over to their sites to see if you were featured! Check them out here:
Also, we think we have a way that you can get more exposure for your wonderful projects. We have decided to open the Party in Your PJs Pinterest board to all you wonderful bloggers as a group board. Now, instead of us pinning your pins to our board once a week, you can now pin your posts to our group board at whatever time is most successful for your blog. This way you can utilize the reach and exposure of your wonderful content.
To join our new group board on Pinterest, simply follow Kim and Briana on Pinterest and e-mail Bree at email@example.com or Kim at firstname.lastname@example.org for an invitation. Then you can share all your wonderful projects on our group board.
The rules for the group board include:
- Limit to one pin a day.
- Just like the party, anything goes but clear, wonderful pictures with great descriptions are most successful.
- Please no spam (spammers will be deleted without warning).
- If you pin to the party board, please link to the party also. The party is live from Tuesday 7:00 p.m. Central time through Saturday at midnight.
- Finally, have fun and share this group board with blog friends and your followers! The more success the group board has the more success you will see from your pins!
Okay! Let’s get this party rolling!
