Gramma in a Box

Gramma in a Box is perfect for grandparents to send cookies to decorate to their grandchildren. Especially good for those who live faraway!

NOTE: I was given a sample box for review but all opinions are my own.

Have you ever gathered ingredients for a treat, boxed them up, and then sent them merrily along their way in the mail to your grandkids?

I have.

That was a lot of work. And time consuming. And once, I didn’t send everything I needed to. Oops. Yeah. Big oops!

Well, I’ve found something that solves all of those problems. It’s Gramma in a Box.

Gramma in a Box includes almost everything needed to make and decorate some homemade cookies and candy treats. (You might have to use your own spoon or bowl.)

It provides ready made colored frosting, colorful sprinkles, and 2 easy candy crafts.

It also includes an instruction sheet with photos (I really like that!) and some decorating ideas. (But if your grandkids are like mine, they have their own ideas on how they want to decorate their cookies!)

Here’s my granddaughter Polly all set to go!

And she’s off! Such concentration . . .

Of course her brothers had to decorate some cookies, too! Kids of all ages love decorating cookies — especially when the theme is related to an upcoming holiday!

What did my grandkids think of Gramma in a Box?

A. Totally yummy.
B. Fun, fun, fun.
C. Great Halloween treats.
D. Two thumbs up.
E. All of the above.

If you selected E for your answer, you’re 100% correct!

So who should get Gramma in a Box.

Any grandma!!!

It’s a perfect way to spend time with your grandkids. Have them come to your home. Or go to theirs. You’ll create lots of fond memories making the cookies and treats together.

But what if your grandkids don’t live nearby?

All the more reason for Gramma in a Box. Send it to your grandchildren. Then, Facetime, Skype, or use Zoom to watch your grandkids decorate their cookies.

What if your time zone is way different than your grandkids making it hard to connect in real time? Then use the app Maro Polo! They can record while they are decorating their cookies and you can watch their video when it’s convenient for you. (Hey! Maybe I should write about it so all of you grandmas can be a hip, tech using grandma!)

You could also send the box to nieces or nephews. Maybe a college student who is far from home. Hey! Parents could even do it as a no-fuss no-muss date night!

Just how does it all work?

There are several options. If you’d like, you can do a one-time box trial for $22. Or, you can sign up for 3 months, 6 months or 1 year (and you’ll get a ‘baker’s dozen’ of 13 months).

Taxes are included and there is free shipping for the continental United States.

After you’ve decided which option you’d like, Gramma in a Box ships a box out the first week of each month. Your grandkids get it — and enjoy making the treats.

And that’s it!

So hurry! Go to Gramma in a Box and place an order so you can get November’s box.

Also keep in mind that Christmas is coming up soon. (There’s only 8 more Mondays until Christmas. Yikes!)

Let’s face it. Some grandkids have toys up the wazoo. Toys with tiny parts that get lost or stepped on by bare feet. Or that make obnoxious noises that drive parents crazy.

Gramma in a Box wouldn’t be like that! It will be enjoyed by kids and appreciated by parents. (And it will make Grandma’s Christmas shopping much easier!)

Gramma in a Box. Try it. You’ll like it!
