This has got to be one of the quickest and easiest Halloween crafts. Ever. Trust me.
Plus! It’s inexpensive. (You probably already have some of the supplies on hand.)
Here’s what you’ll need:
- 5″ x 7″ canvas (I got a 3 pack from Walmart.)
- my free Halloween printables
- easel (from the dollar store)
- Mod Podge
- sponge brush
- paper bowl
Click on the title above the images to download the pdf of the graphic that you want. The pictures are 5″ x 7″ and there are 2 of them per page. Print them on a laser printer on regular copy paper.
Now let’s make this Halloween craft.
Oh wait. I’d like to chat with you a wee bit about the graphics.
I cannot draw. Not. In. The. Least. If I draw stick figures, they are so pathetic that they get rushed immediately to the stick figure hospital where they die a slow, agonizing death.
That means I didn’t draw these graphics.
I got these Halloween beauties from a site that provides all sorts of free graphics. Sweet.
Now, with that out of the way, cut out your graphic.
Oh. Put some waxed paper on the counter so that your grandkids won’t get Mod Podge on it.
Pour some Mod Podge into a paper bowl. (This makes it much easier for grandchildren to get it on their sponge brush.)
Brush Mod Podge on the canvas. Make sure you put on enough Mod Podge so that your picture will adhere nicely to the canvas.
Carefully place your graphic on the canvas. Press down firmly so that the graphic will stick to the canvas. Make sure there aren’t any air bubbles underneath it.
Spread Mod Podge over the top of your graphic.
Let it dry and you are finished!
See. I said this craft was quick and easy.
Once the Mod Podge is dry, display you picture on an easel.
Two of my grandkids wanted the same picture which was perfectly fine!
