Halloween Craft Roundup

It’s time to make a Halloween craft — or two — with the grandkids!

So, I thought that I would do a roundup of 4 crafts that were super hits with my grandkids. Since they were favorites with mine, I bet that yours would enjoy them, too!

Kids love making these halloween spell books.

My grandsons said that these Halloween spell books were the best ever craft! Was it because they could pound the book edges to make the book look old? Was it because of the spiders, snakes, and bats that they glued on the cover? Was it because of the spooky pictures they glued on the inside pages? I think all of that helped make this a favorite craft for them! (I have free printables of the spooky pictures that you can glue in your own spell books!)

These apothecary jars are fun for the kids to make at Halloween time!

These apothecary jars were another favorite craft. Make jars (or cans) of Tincture of Wizard’s Breath, Distilled Ghoulade, or Fairy Whispers with my free labels. These jars are SUPER easy — just spray paint them black and glue on the labels! Make sure you have lots of jars and old spice cans because your grandkids will want to make a whole flock of them!

Kids love making these spiders for Halloween. They are super easy to make!

These spooky spiders are another easy, easy, easy Halloween craft. (Don’t you love Simon’s face in that picture?) Some granddaughters might be squeamish around real spiders but they won’t be with these!

These monster cans are a super easy Halloween craft for kids to make!

Aren’t these monsters adorable? And they are easy to make, too. Use my free printable to glue around an empty can and voîla! You’ve got your monster! My granddaughters decided to use felt on their cans which turns out fun, too.

Happy Halloween crafting with your grandkids!

Here's a roundup of 4 great Halloween crafts for kids!
