Do you need an activity (or two) to keep the grandkiddos busy and happy while everyone is waiting for the turkey to cook?
Or after they’ve inhaled their Thanksgiving meal and need something to do to keep busy?
And you don’t want to have something that is a big production to make? (Read that to mean not a fuss to prepare for and set up, doesn’t create a huge mess, and isn’t a pain to cleanup!)
If so, you might like the Pilgrim finger puppets that I made for you.
Print them on white card stock paper. Give your grandkids a bunch of crayons. Have them color and cut out the finger puppets.
Read about the Mayflower. Then, after your grandchildren make a flock of the finger puppets, they could ‘act’ out the story using their puppets.
You could also print out these larger pictures of pilgrims for your grandchildren to color. Here is a picture of the Mayflower that they could also color.
Here’s hoping you have a great Thanksgiving holiday!

How can I subscribe ti Grandma Ideas website?
Well, huh! I had a text box where you could subscribe. Now it’s gone! I’ll see what I can do to get it back on my site. Thanks so much for asking (so that I am now aware that it is gone).
