We’ve had special times with ours throughout the holiday season — they are so sweet!
New Year’s Eve will soon be here. If you are lucky enough to celebrate it with your grandchildren, here are some ideas that I have previously written about that are sure to be a hit with the kiddos.
Do you have some tween and teen-aged grandchildren? If so, the first two games listed below will appeal especially to them. (They would be too hard for young grandchildren.)
While young kids can play the Candy Bar game, it’s rather hard for them — they don’t like the idea of having to give up their candy bar. If you play this game, make sure you have extras to make sure everyone gets one.
Ready to party? Great!
The Name Game (My most popular post about games!)
New Year’s Eve Party with Grandkids (Three different activities.)
Spoons (This is one of our family favorite games!)
The Candy Bar Game (My most second popular post for games.)
Our children enjoyed playing card games. Here are a couple that you could play with the grandkids:
You’ll need something to much on while playing. Serve this Black Bean and Pineapple Salsa. It’s a hit with our family. Well, at least for those who like cilantro anyway. . .
Have fun ringing in the New Year with the grandkiddos!
